I am committed to helping my clients achieve personal and professional growth and specialise in skill improvement, stress reduction, confidence building and personal validation. My services are designed to make coaching accessible to all, facilitating positive and sustainable change.

I previously worked in the insurance industry before an enforced career break due to ill health. This enabled me to focus on my strengths and interests and to train as a counsellor. Subsequently, I have worked in primary education and Children's Services, adding to my wealth of practical and personal experience. My motivation is to make coaching available to everyone.

 

I have a passion for coaching and am heartened by its results and the impact it has on an individual and group level.  I am completing studies  towards a Level 7 for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors and believe that continual professional development widens my expertise.  As I have worked with all ages and groups, both individually and at a corporate level I have a proven record of supporting to make changes in peoples lives.​
