I previously worked in the insurance industry before an enforced career break due to ill health. This enabled me to focus on my strengths and interests and to train as a counsellor. Subsequently, I have worked in primary education and Children's Services, adding to my wealth of practical and personal experience. My motivation is to make coaching available to everyone.

 

​I have a passion for coaching and am heartened by its results and the impact it has at the individual and group levels.  I am fully qualified and accredited, having recently completed a Level 7 for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors, and I believe that continual professional development enhances my practice.  As I have worked with people of all ages and groups, both individually and at a corporate level, I have a proven track record of supporting people to make changes in their lives.​
